KSI is not impressed with how Tommy Fury is preparing for their fight.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer was expecting to face the toughest test of his career when he takes on Tyson Fury’s little brother in Manchester on October 14.
However, he now thinks the 9-0 prospect could be another easy opponent after getting a glimpse inside Tommy’s latest camp with the WBC heavyweight champion.
Fury recently shared footage from a training session which started with some skipping and shadowboxing before things took a turn when ‘The Gypsy King’ showed up.
The Love Island star had a body spar with Tyson who is currently preparing to box former UFC champion Francis Ngannou in Saudi Arabia on October 28.
At the end of the session, Fury was covered in sweat and happy with the ‘hard work’ he’d put in, but footage of it left KSI feeling confident about springing an upset when they clash.
“If this is his training, then I’m gonna absolutely destroy him this October,” he tweeted alongside several crying laughing emojis on Monday.
KSI and Fury will come face-to-face at a press conference at London’s Wembley Arena on Tuesday.
Logan Paul will also be there to square off with his co-main event opponent Dillon Danis who is a former MMA prospect known for his friendship with UFC superstar Conor McGregor.
‘Notorious’ claimed he will be training Danis for his boxing debut during a recent trip to the English capital to watch Anthony Joshua KO Robert Helenius.
Now that his MMA comeback is officially off the table for 2023, McGregor has all the time in the world to try to coach his BJJ specialist friend to a boxing debut win.
A victory was something the former dual-weight UFC champion failed to obtain during his lone squared circle bout against Floyd Mayweather in 2017.
Although, he did walk away happy after pocketing $100million (£78.5m) for his efforts.
KSI, Fury, Paul, and Danis won’t make nearly as much in October and those who come up short will need to seriously consider if they have a future in fighting.
