Newton Abbot 3.30 – Climbing
The Jamie Snowden team have been ticking over nicely, and they look to have very solid claims with the lightly raced CLIMBING in the Class 4 Maiden Hurdle.
The 5-year-old showed some promise on debut in a Southwell Bumper, before finishing runner-up at Stratford last month on Hurdling debut. The gelding jumped well for his first start in this sphere, before staying on inside the closing stages – enough from that to suggest that this step up in distance to an extended 2m2f will bring about further improvement.
Gavin Sheehan takes the ride and it wouldn’t be a shock if he were to go one better. In a wide-open encounter, he rates a major player in this company.

Newton Abbot 5.00 – Lelantos
The ease in Grade can suit the Nicky Henderson trained LELANTOS in this Handicap Hurdle assignment over an extended 3m2f. The 7-year-old son of Presenting enjoys decent ground, and he can make his class tell in this company.
The cheek pieces that were left off when he was runner-up at Uttoxeter last time out are back on, and hopefully they can just perk up Seven Barrows representative for this. Although Newton Abbot isn’t a stamina-demanding track, the step up in distance to this marathon distance should really suit this stamina-laden sort and it would be far from a surprise if he were to return to winning ways after knocking on the door in recent times.
Nico De Boinville heads to the Devon track for just this ride, and he can get himself another winner.

Worcester 5.30 – Zoran
ZORAN bolted up last time out – running the field ragged over course and distance. It was his second start over fences, but he looked sharp over his obstacles and an 8lb rise in the weights may not be enough to stop him.
Trip and track clearly suit, and this improving 6-year-old can cash in once again. Thomas Bellamy takes the ride on the Emma Lavelle trained representative, and it would be disappointing if the combination took a lot of passing here. This unexposed sort gets the nod from me.
🌟Bet on Zoran as winnner at 10bet🌟
Worcester 6.00 – Hell Red each-way
Paul Nicholls and Harry Cobden team up with the enigmatic HELL RED, who has a touch of class, and can land the feature race at Worcester on Tuesday evening.
The talented 6-year-old looks like he has a prime opportunity to bounce back to winning ways here from a mark just 1lb higher than when last successful. For such a strong traveller this drop back to 2m7f on a flat track should be ideal – I wasn’t totally convinced he saw out the trip over 3m2f at Uttoxeter last time out, so this race, with a greater emphasis on speed will suit this free-going sort.
Harry Cobden is riding at the peak of his powers. There are a lot of positives here for the Ditcheat representative who looks to have very solid each-way claims hunting down a cracking prize of just over £13,000.
