Logan Paul has been dealing with a lot online in the build-up to his clash with Dillon Danis.
Not only has he had to deal with relentless trash-talking from Danis’ relentless trolling on Twitter in an attempt to get under his skin, but he has also been embroiled in a feud with his younger brother Jake Paul.
A clip went viral from Logan’s podcast Impaulsive in which he and his brother argue over not being able to bring a bottle of Prime, a drinks company founded by Logan, into Jake’s fight against Nate Diaz.
The conversation then took on a deeper tone, as Jake accused his older brother of playing both sides having engaged in business relationships with Jake’s rivals Dana White and KSI.
He’s also had to endure daily taunts from Danis on Twitter, who has used images of his fiancee in an attempt to unsettle him.
“When it rains, it pours,” he said at the chaotic press conference that took place in London.
“I’ve been through the s***storm so many times and I fully, viscerally understand that it always passes.
“Noise here, chatter there, but if I remove these phones from my life and go outside, box and go for a run then none of that exists.
“Social media is this weird virtual world that if you want to be immersed in it and swiping all day and choose to suffocate your mind in mindless content then you can, but also you could just put it down and be an actual human and in training camp I love to do that.
“I’m so numb to this s***, but I’ve seen it all, I’ve been through it all, I’ve heard what everyone’s going to say.”
But, it is unlikely that things will quieten down anytime soon, as Logan approaches his fight with Danis.
Right now ‘The Maverick’ isn’t particularly interested in a quiet life, as he antagonised Danis at Tuesday’s press conference, bringing a birthday cake showing Danis having been knocked out and then he threw it at him.
On October 14, however, the two men will have the chance to settle their beef on the same card as KSI vs Tommy Fury and it will be free to listen to live and exclusive on talkSPORT.
