Taylor Fritz v Novak Djokovic – 6:15pm’

The Serbian world number two booked his spot in the last eight of the US Open by defeating the qualifier Borna Gojo in straight sets following a big scare by his compatriot Laslo Djere in the third round who took a two-set lead over the three time US Open champion.

The tournament favourite comes up against the American world number nine who has equalled his best ever Grand Slam achievement by reaching the quarter final this year, and will hope to go one further by beating one of the all time greats.

talkSPORT BET have boosted a couple of the odds in preparation for the day’s second match on Ashe, including Djokovic to win in straight sets, with the most aces and fewest double faults, which is now on offer at 13/2.

The other boosted bet also favours the favourite for this evening’s encounter, with Djokovic to win and there be fewer than 31.5 games in the match now available with odds of 6/4.

Jelena Ostapenko v Coco Gauff – 4pm

Gauff, the 19-year-old former world number one, has equalled her best ever performance in the US Open by defeating Caroline Wozniacki in a tricky round four clash on Sunday night to reach the last eight.

The American teenager now meets Ostapenko in the quarter finals. The Latvian is yet to win in straight sets all tournament, but did manage to defeat the pre-tournament favourite and world number one Iga Swiatek in the last round to book her place in today’s match.

talkSPORT BET, like for Djokovic’s game, have boosted a couple of their odds for the match, meaning punters can now get 5/2 odds on Coco Gauff to win the first two games of the match.

For those backing the 26-year-old former French Open champion, odds of Ostapenko winning the first set and over 9.5 games in the set have now been boosted to 5/1.

Frances Tiafoe v Ben Shelton – 1:15am’

This all-American quarter final is sure to grab a lot of attention around the US Open, with the American number two, Tiafoe, meeting an unseeded 20-year-old playing in just his fifth Grand Slam tournament.

World number 10 Tiafoe reached the semi finals of this event last year and is favourite to repeat the feat following his straight sets victory over the tricky Australian wildcard Rinky Hijikata in the last round.

Shelton, who is just 20-years-old and reached the last eight of the Australian Open earlier this year in just his second ever Slam, booked his place in the quarter final by beating his compatriot Tommy Paul in round four.

talkSPORT BET have boosted the odds for Shelton to win and to serve 21+ aces in the match to 11/2, and for the Tiafoe backers, punters can get the 25-year-old to win the first set 6-3 or 6-4 now at 4/1.

Sorana Cirstea v Karolina Muchova – 12am

The Romanian number one meets the Czech number two in the second quarter final of the women’s draw, with both players having gone further than they ever have before at Flushing Meadows.

Muchova is the world number 10 and reached the final of the French Open earlier this year and will be desperate to go one further in New York City this week, and has dropped just one set en route to the last eight.

The 33-year-old Romanian, Cirstea, has never reached the semi final of a Grand Slam before, but having beaten world number four Elena Rybakina in round three, her confidence will be sky high.

talkSPORT BET have boosted the odds of Muchova to win the first set and there be 10+ games in the set to 12/5, as well as Cirstea to win the first set 6-3 or 6-4 to 4/1.
